At Udzign, we aim to provide high-quality services. However, our refund policy is as follows.

Project Payments

Payments made for services such as:

  • Website development

  • Graphic design

  • Branding services

  • Solar design & reporting

are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project

Revisions

We provide revisions as per the project agreement to ensure client satisfaction. However, additional revisions beyond the agreed scope or major changes may be subject to additional charges.
